Funding

The Out House is funded from many sources. Originally its only source of income was membership subscriptions and the proceeds of small fundraising initiatives.

Currently, our largest funder is the Home Office Active Communities Unit, which supports our Volunteer Co-ordinator post. Our most recent grant is from Boots Charitable Trust. We have also benefitted from a timely legacy and from regular standing orders from our members. 

We continue to fundraise from within our communities and to seek grant aid from trusts etc.
