Homophobic Incident Line
A free line for reporting homophobic incients to Nottinghamshire Police Homophobic incident team. Calls answered by trained officers who are aware of confidentiality issues. Sometimes your call may be picked up by an answer machine, leave a message and officers will get back to you. When they do they will only speak to you directly. They won't leave messages unless you have asked them to. You will not be "outed" by officers.

Befriending service provided by volunteers living with HIV/AIDS offering emotional, pratical and social support on a one to one basis. For information about volunteering or to access the service, contact the Befriending Service Coordinator.

North Nottinghamshire Outreach Project
Project for gay, bisexual and other men who have sex with men. Outreach in cruising and cottaging areas, pubs and clubs. Distributes free condoms and lube. Information sessions and training. May be developing support groups in the future.
Drop in every Thursday 1pm to 6pm.
Under 25's gay, lesbian and bisexual youth groups to be held in Worksop, Newark, Mansfield and Ashfield.

Relate
Relate offers counselling for difficulties in adult relationships, and a sexual problems service. We welcome enquiries from those in same sex relationships. You can come to see us either as an individual or together with your partner as a couple. Clients make a payment for their counselling.
